"Came from Houston for work and needed a dip refill. Jimmy was who worked on my hands and he did okay, although I prefer a more slender shaping. He was rough on my nail beds but I’m not the pickiest person, I just wanted my grown out nails looking professional. Next morning my first finger gets a chip. Thankfully I had time during work lunch to squeeze in a nail fix. Jimmy redid my fingernail with the wrong color after I told him twice it was number 10. I couldn’t tell until it was already finished because when it’s powder it’s not as easy to tell. He also filed it shorter and now it looks stumpy. It wouldn’t have been hard to add a fake nail for length, it takes two seconds. Anyway, just buyer beware. The reviews are good for this place but I didn’t get that level of service unfortunately."
"I had got my nails done this morning by Ivy and she did such an amazing job! She always asked in the middle of her working if they still look good! She did not rush took her time! Felt very welcomed! I usually come to this place but it's been a long time since I came and they are still the same making sure the customers are good! Love coming here!"
"I came here less than a week ago literally 30 minutes before they closed to get a nail fixed, and they were SO awesome even though I hate being that person that calls right before close to get some help. The guy that did my nails offered some really helpful advice about taking care of my nails, and got the fix done in less than 10 minutes. I cannot wait to come back here and get a full set done, the customer service is great, the employees are knowledgeable and kind, I loved this place! They are awesome and I 100/10 recommend getting STRAIGHT over here to get your nails done. They care about the health, quality, and beauty of your nails AND skin (plus the heated dryer during the winter is VERY nice), I found my new favorite nail spot."
