"I hardly ever write reviews but I spent many hours reading laser hair removal reviews prior to selecting this place based on the reviews. So I felt the need to warn others before they spent lots of $$$ here like me. First off, everyone that I have met here are very nice. However, I have not had the same person once. I had 5 treatments and had a different technician each time. And it appears that the previous ones I had no longer were employed when I came back either. Also, the facility is not very nice. And I swear I’m not being picky or trying to be a Karen. But I’m spending a lot of money for these treatments and I would expect at least a clean, nice facility. Every sign in the building is hung with scotch tape. Including the front door sign. The couches look like they came from a garage sale. The treatment area is not very clean. Ever. I feel like whoever opened this business tried to spend the absolute least amount of money possible to open the facility. However, I will say, I did see results with the treatments I received. And at the end of the day, I suppose that is most important. If they would spend a little money and effort in making the experience nicer and more enjoyable, I would feel better about coming back (or coming in general) or referring others to come."
