"My dip nails are chipping and lifting after only 5 days. Also, during my pedicure, the technician put a hot towel directly on my foot without shaking it out. This was very painful and left my foot very red. I had a small blister and burn on my pinky toe. A bad experience that cost me $125. I will not be returning to this salon."

"I made an appointment with Lim the day before I went. When I got there he forgot me. Why make appointments? Jen was nice and nails look great. Not pleased with pedi. heels are rough, not worth it."

"Worst nail experience I have EVER had. The men who did mine and my moms nails and toes were rude and disrespectful. They could barely understand English and what we were trying to tell them we wanted. We wanted white sparkle on our toes… well they did white on our toes but only the big toe sparkle?!? Get to the nails and it took 2 hours to just do a simple white chrome.. I even had to explain to them how to do it.. and to top it all off they did not put the right top coat on my nails so the chrome just wiped right off as soon as I washed my hands. Not to mention the horrible shaping of my nails. 3 hours total in the salon and I was done.. didn’t even want them to try and fix it! Left no tip and will NEVER be back to this place again!!!!"
