"I went in before Valentine’s Day to get my lashes lifted and they fell within the first week. I called to let them know and they redid the lift but again they fell within the week when they told me it should last for weeks. When I tried calling multiple times I got sent straight to voicemail, someone finally answered and said the owner would text me and she did. Only to tell me I WOULD NOT GET A REFUND FOR BAD SERVICE, my lashes never fell the first time and to accuse me of putting oil on my lashes to strip the perm. She said I had told the employees that I did which is false because I only asked if it would be a good idea since I had to get them redone and didn’t want my lashes to fall off which they replied to wait 6 weeks before conditioning them. I paid 80 dollars for this service including a tip only to be accused of something I know not to do. Bad customer service. I typically do my own lash lift at home but didn’t have enough product so I went in. I KNOW how lash lifts are supposed to work because I do them on my sisters and cousins and myself all the time. This is definitely not how you handle situations like this. Even if I did put oil on my lashes which I didn’t, why would only one side fall and the other not? Now even if I brush them out they look crazy. I’ll be doing them from home like I did before."
