"On November 20, I went to get a pedicure. The nail tech scrubbed some skin off my foot & it’s pretty deep with the blue scrubber you see in the picture. I spoke to the owner/manager who told me that I was the one who walked in with an “old wound,” which is completely false. Had I walked in with a wound, then services should have been denied to me. They only gave me half off, but I still had to go to the doctor afterwards and was prescribed an antibiotic ointment. The doctor said it was clearly a fresh wound. There are plenty of nail salons in Lubbock, please don’t go to this salon."

"Sadly the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I’m a new mom, new to Lubbock and finally had time to get a pedi and the polish was terrible. I didn’t want to speak up but went to my car and it was just terrible so I had it removed and the guy just kept telling me my nails were too short. Ok dude that’s ok and all but don’t paint all over my skin and send me out. Didn’t even try and shape my nails and my skin isn’t even smooth. Honestly embarrassing I have to make this and that I even paid. I should get my money back. I am having to go home and fix my toe nails myself. Literally nothing was done to them. Just cleaned my feet and put lotion on me. I could have done a better job myself for free."
