"Worst hair experience of my life with Boho Blondes by Kaylee who has a room booth here. I had strawberry blonde hair to start and just wanted more of my natural muted red put in, along with some blended blonde highlights. I had a picture of what I wanted and she asked to see it several times. Not only did the toner she put on burn my scalp, but she lowlighted my hair so dark brown that some of it was black. It was striped and uneven color all around. Chunky dark parts and huge pieces of bleached blonde. She started the process to strip it, but never came back to fix it. Another sweet stylist came to try to help but it was just too far gone. While I was still in the process of trying to have it fixed by the other stylist, Kaylee came in demanding payment, threatening to call the cops. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and disregard. She did not want to admit how bad it looked and didn’t know what to do so she she decided to be ugly about it and blame me for her poor job. The pictures shown are actually better than it originally looked after I washed it several times with clarifying shampoo."
"I followed my hairstylist, Rebekah, from a different salon when she bought Fremont. It's been wonderful to see the place flourish. Rebekah does a fantastic job with my hair for a very very reasonable price. The place looks great, bright and airy. Love the in-booth sinks. Everyone who comes in, whether stylist or customer, seems happy to be there."
