"If I could rate it a zero I would. I walked in the day before to get a consultation. I explained I had a bad experience somewhere else and Brittany said she could definitely do the balayage even though my hair is dark brown. Well needless to say not only she could not do it and left my hair orange but when I told her I did not like it a she said was my hair was too dark. Even though she told me she could the day before. And on top of that she did not even offer a solution. Then she proceeded to charge me $200 without even showing me the bill for the so called services she did not provide. Needless to say I am never going back and will never recommend anyone to this place."
