"I had two back to back appointments! Not only was I late to my first appointment, I was having a color correction done. Veronica was understanding and still did an amazing job fixing my hair while being super sweet and helpful in explaining how to properly care for for my hair ! Day two I brought my 4-year-old daughter in. She was set on having colored hair (neon pink full color). Haven was super sweet and did an amazing job helping her get some color in her hair that wasn’t permanent, as well as suggesting tinsel, styled it and my daughter absolutely loved her hair. They truly blew me away with how sweet they were to my daughter and how Veronica suggested products for my daughter’s hair as well. If I could give ten stars to these two ladies I would! Best salon experience I’ve ever had!"

"All over this country, I am blessed to know some amazing barbers, hair styles, and salon owners. But, I have been having issues finding a regular go-to in the Lubbock, Texas area. Going to get cleaned up has always been a pleasurable experience for me. But, not recently. My last hair visit was last week. I called a new salon and explained my bad experiences and how I was desperate to find a place and person that I could trust. I was disappointed once again. They were more expensive than most other places and the lady was not very nice and rushed me in and out. I miss my Las Vegas and Detroit friends in the business. I should have read how many bad reviews this place has. I am a very friendly person. The guy sitting in the waiting room that I was talking with was friendlier than Veronica. I am honestly not that hard to please. Even after my bad experience. I paid my bill without a bad word. I even tipped Veronica, the rushing hair stylist who wasn't very friendly or personable over 20%. I even had to point out a few spots where she lacked to notice detail in her work. It felt like she was pushing me out of my chair to get to the next client. I would have been better off going to a barber. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to pay top-notch prices for really bad service. P.S. Below are some photos to show that I ain't just some idiot that can't be pleased. I bring gifts and donations to my Vegas salon owner every year when I visit on holidays. I have shaved my head for Saint Baldricks and charity. I hate having to leave a bad review. I haven't even done that to the other places I wasn't happy with in the Lubbock area. But, I feel compelled to do so in this situation because I called and explained my situation, and they gave me Veronica!"

"I showed the stylist a photo of the hair color I was aiming for. A shade of red, I ended up with a yellow orange color. Also, my stylist had another girl help her foil my hair, they both did it different so one side of my head was foiled to the scalp and the other was about half an inch from the scalp. When I went back the following morning to ask them to fix it, the receptionist was snotty, they added color, which was better but then wanted to charge me 39$ on top of the 160$ I paid them the day before. I do not recommend this salon. I left picture in a fa ebook review."
