"I absolutely love the nails, but this last visit was very rough. They had an extremely, extremely grousome zombie movie on and when I mentioned it a few times they still didn't turn it off. Even when small children (below the age of 8) came in they left it going.""

"I honestly wasn’t pleased with the set I received. I’m not the confrontational type which could also be my fault, but I didn’t want to take up any more of their time since they were already closed by the time they finished. I would’ve been happier if they all looked the same, nearing the last 2 fingers they switched which is why the pointer and thumb nails look different. He left and was busy hitting his vape while the woman picked up where he left off. Great customer service, but for 80 dollars including tip I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy."

"I will not be returning. Picture what I asked for and what I received. I know that it's a communication breakdown as they did not understand my questions—specifically about the pink-type French manicure. Then switched techs midway, and he did not even talk to me. I had a pretty simple request. Disappointed, and they should require someone to understand English to be in the building. I spent $125 total, including tip!"
