"First time visiting this nail salon. Absolutely love the color of my nails, & they were polished so neatly. But I couldn’t rest without thinking about the amount I spent for such a basic set. Upon arrival I requested a soak off and a new set. I did not receive a soak off instead she pulled off my nails, damaging one and causing me to bleed. I was okay, I said okay just get through this. Long story short I got acrylic with shellac. My total was $83, $3 fee to use debit or credit. I called and went by the next to get clarity on why I was charged so much. Owner won’t even apologize or look you in your eyes. Very unprofessional. Only in this business for monetary gain. I was advised I was charged for take off, shape & long nails. Personally I have long nail beds, most of the nail is mine. See attached photos. My advice is ask for pricing and show pictures before you allow them to service you. Or you’ll feel robbed! I have never in my life spent $83 on a basic set with just shellac. No design, no powder and no soak off."

"Got a manicure and pedicure and had exceptional service! I’ve been here a few times and I have never been disappointed. Services are reasonably priced, and I never feel like I’m being rushed through like at other places I’ve been to in the area. I did a mocha brown with Crome and I’m obsessed! I’ll definitely be back!"

"RUDEST NAIL SALON IN LUBBOCK! I would not recommend it. I went during the afternoon to get my nails done. I've never been so humiliated in a nail salon before. I didn't like the way my nails turned out and never felt so uncomfortable saying so. She did attempt to fix but only proceeded to laugh about me crying because of how rude she was about the situation. Even asked me if "I cry at home" and asked if I was scared of her. She did ask me if I liked them and I couldn't even speak after the fact I started crying because of how they looked! Not trying to be a cry baby over nails but I've never dealt such a rude business. So unprofessional. If you want to be a nail tech, learn how to deal with customers instead of laughing in their face when they are upset."
