"We were just picking up, but most of the parking spaces didn't have lit number to tell where we were. Awkward."

"This is more about the service - I am a doordash driver and received an order for this location. When I pulled up to the drive-through, I was immediately met with "we are closed" with no follow up. I was taken aback by the shortness which came off pretty rude. I said I had a doordash order and was told again they were closed and the order came in after they closed. No further explanation or help. I dealt with the customer and handled it with doordash, so no big deal and I've worked primarily in the service industry so I get trying to get out of there but the starkness of the refusal, the shortness and the lack of any help was just really telling of the service you will get here. It's fast food so what can you expect, but don't anticipate even the normal courtesy."

"My husband was wondering why there was no one in line when he pulled up. Once we tasted our burgers we understood. The meat was obviously pre cooked cause it tasted old. The French fries were old. Remember he was the only one in line. The employees were great but I bet they don’t make any money. Last trip here too many good burger places to go to."

"Absolutely horrible. I pulled up in the drive-through lane to the speaker and asked the cashier what an aloha slush was. He mumbled something and then said, 'Is that what you want?" I politely told him I wanted to know what was "in" the aloha slush, but he did not answer. I then said, "Hello?" A second cashier came over the speaker, a female, who I could barely understand and I think she asked me what I wanted. I replied to her that I wanted to know what the Aloha Slush was, what was in it. I have no idea what she said in her attempt to answer me it was totally slurred sounded like she had a mouth full of marbles and I didn't understand one single word. I replied to her, "Can you please repeat that? I'm sorry but I didn't understand what you were saying?" I got no answer. No response, no reply. I finally said "Hello???" And nothing. Obviously they could care less so I drove off. This location has steadily gone downhill and the employees are horribly rude. The worst. They act like it's an effort to take your order, and an effort to answer any questions one may have. The time before, I wanted a plain hotdog with no mustard, no anything. The girl who took my order sounded annoyed and stated that she wasn't sure that could be done! WHAT?????? Couldn't be done?? This place needs to be closed down if they're not going to educate their employees of what it's like to be in the field of public service. I will NEVER go back to this location. Rude, Rude, and terrible quality food."

"Just bought 2 breakfast for me and my wife. Look at the pictures!!! First bite at onion rings!!! Handmade onion rings or handmade plastic rings!? Dang, it makes me very uncomfortable now. Should I call the health department?"
