"The pizza there is always delicious no matter which one you choose! The crust is just right, the cheese melty and toppings fresh! We usually get to go but I’m sure dine-in is just as great!"

"I recently visited Russo's with my one-year-old daughter, my wife, and her family for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience that we will not repeat. Upon arrival, we were forced to sit at a round table despite requesting a regular one. When we sat down, we were immediately asked about our drink order before having a chance to review the options. When we asked to see the drink menu, we were informed that they did not have Dr Pepper, only canned beverages, even though they had a variety of fountain drinks available from a Coca-Cola machine. Strangely, we were not allowed to get our own drinks and had to rely on the server to bring them. During our meal, my daughter accidentally spilled her drink, prompting the server to stare at us with an attitude, as if it were our fault. We continued with our meal, and when we were almost finished, the server brought the check with an added tip for a large group. A large group is defined as six or more people, so it was perplexing that they considered my daughter, who didn't even eat, as part of the group. The server then stood behind me, waiting for payment. When I took out my debit card, she suddenly stopped and asked if I preferred another payment method, assuming my wife had instructed her not to use that card. This was surprising, as my wife was actually speaking to her family at the time, not to the server. Overall, this was the worst Russo's location we have visited, and we were disappointed by the service and attitude of the staff."

"I register this again and was appalled at the service i was dished out. The waitress was unfriendly, no hello no intro. Had to ask for the appetizer bread. While still eating she slapped the check on the table with a “ whenever you are ready” comment and walked away. Didn’t ask how was the food do you need anything else? Never brought the to go box I asked for. When paying I remarked to the head lady behind the counter “ your service was not good”. Her response “ I Hear you “ really. I was almost expecting her to follow up with “ so what do you want me to do” If you like to be treated like they did you a favor by letting you in then please go there. But for someone expecting customer service , you’d be very disappointed. Now it could be just the girl that served me but it’s the reaction that surprised me. Anyway needless to say not going here anymore. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants that will gladly work hard to earn my business. Ciao!"

"Anytime I come to Russo’s I order the Shrimp Fra Diavola. However, this time the pasta was the spiciest it has ever been served. I could not taste the marinara because of how spicy the pasta was. To make matters worse, the server Leah stopped coming to our table once she brought our food out. I left most of the pasta untouched and asked if anything could be done about the bill. The server advised that her manager said all they could do was provide me marinara."

"Flavorful and delish! Doppio pizza has pickled style jalapeños, pepperoni and ricotta cheese. The calzone was a good size and stuffed to your liking. Both ends were pretty much just bread, but overall a decent size to get you full."
