Little Caesars Pizza

"I ordered a Extra Most Bestest Pizza after waiting almost 40 minutes for my pizza to be made. I received it it was overcooked pizza crust was burnt on the top and bottom. After working a long day was not expecting this kind of service and treatment. They had the audacity to tell me the 2nd pizza they gave me was the correct pizza as if I did not know what my pizza was supposed to look like very disappointed in the way I was treated. If I could give zero stars I would."

"First time ordering they made my pizza wrong, second time they forgot an item, third time it took 45 minutes and no pizza before we had to leave. It was supposed to be a “hot n ready” pizza. 45 minutes. Usually good food but these people can’t handle the business properly"

"This place was horrible. I ordered three extra cheese, extra pepperoni pizzas. And the kid at the front was so rude and unresponsive, had little to no information on how to take an order. He had no character and absolutely disgusting customer service. I swear this kid was like a robot, and the people working the back looked like the kinds of people that probably got fired from Starbucks. I felt so offended sitting there waiting for my pizza. They made about 20 hot-and-ready pizzas as I waited. I couldn’t hold my anger because I just knew they were doing stuff to offend me. Wife and kids were hungry for pizza. And it took 20 hot-and-ready pizzas and some loud noises to get them to realize I was getting impatient. They even messed up another guys order putting the pizza in the wrong slot on the “order pick-up” kiosk. They definitely don’t want any real business here. If it gets busy they’re gonna be in a bad mood here. They probably don’t get paid enough, or just aren’t very social. My order was about $37. I wonder why anyone would prefer to fill orders instead of caring for pick-up people. Oh! Because no people skills!"

"Terrible service as usual at this location, but they took it too far today. Employees constantly cussing out their manager that wasnt there, being rude to customers, i ordered at around 7:35, said order ready at 7:55, show up at 7:45 cus i was around the corner and was done, employee said “bruhhh we got tiiiiime to make your, like theres people in fronf of you you cant jusf cut in line i dont even know why you’re here.” I responded “im not rushing you in any way. Im just here a little early” and the. Look at the POS they put out in the pic after a 45 min wait……pathetic…"

"Don't think I will be back to this location. Gave me super burned bread sticks, pizza was maybe only half sauced, and the guy at the cash register was rude. Not my first bad experience at this location, but it will be my last"
