"Ordered online and got confirmation that order was ready. Got to location and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Would've like to just got the pickup confirmation at the correct time. Seems like they are trying to cheat their numbers by saying the order is ready when it's not even close. Very disappointing"

"Ordered ahead of time for delivery and shows up more than 30 min late. Pizza was stone cold upon arrival. Food order was correct but that is about all I can say on the positive side."
"Got my text at 7:14 that my order was on the way. 7:56 called to check on it and was told it was really busy by manager and that text was computer generated. 8:12 order finally arrives from a 5 mile trip. Driver said he didn't leave till 7:30 he thought. Pizza and bread sticks are cold and he did not bring my drinks. This is the second time drinks were forgotten and one time I got completely wrong order. I never complained before but this time I did. Was told by manager they would see about credit for drink or he could sent driver back with it. Told him to give me a credit.......wonder if I will get a credit???? Sure didn't last time. No more Papa John's for me."
"Mom of picky eaters. This is your place. We order online, pick up our Select 2 for 6.99 each, and eat the perfectly baked cheese, little sauce pizza for lunch on the way home. Best Papa John’s around town, trust me, I’ve ordered from practically all within a 30 mile radius!!! Pop in the air fryer for dinner and same deliciousness!!!"
