"Unfortunately, this location has horrible service. Too many times now, I’ve seen marketing prices online, but the location says their system does not accept that coupon. I asked the representative how are consumers supposed to know which locations honor what’s online and in her response said, she doesn’t need my attitude. I asked to speak to a manager. She said one wouldn’t be in until 4pm. She refused to give me her name. I’ve purchased several pizzas from this Marcos, never again. They need to train their employees how to communicate professionally to customers. If Management cares to correct this employee, this happened on 2/14/24 around 2:50pm."
"We request triangle cut every time we order - they’ve never once done so. The food is good and the price is fair, but why offer an option if they don’t actually do it? If I wanted my pizza cut in squares, I’d order Little Caesar’s (LOL, no I wouldn’t)."
