"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a MOD. We walked in at 1pm and our pizzas weren’t made till 140. I heard another customer ask for the managers phone number and was told they weren’t allowed to give it out. The guy and girl making pizzas were new according to the 3rd employee and made pizzas like they didn’t care there was a line of people with hungry kids and babies. No one apologized or even an offered a free drink or dessert. They also only have one high chair. For such a big establishment, I thought that was odd. We had to go get our strollers for our 1 year olds. It was horrible all the way around."
"The entire food area was disgusting tonight. There were toppings everywhere outside of their designated containers and even in other containers… meats in veggies containers, different meats in containers meant for other meats.. just a big mess. Usually, the workers use gloves, the big long pizza handler, or only touch the paper (under the pizza) to put the pizza in the oven. Tonight, the worker took his gloves off, touched other things, then proceeded to grab the pizza with his dirty bare hands and put it in the oven. Then he used the dirty stick to push the pizza further in and repeated the process for multiple pizzas. The lemonade/drink area was disgusting as well. It looked like they didn’t bother to clean the inside of the lemonade dispensers or the drink station at all. We brought the disgusting behavior to their attention and there were no apologies. No remorse was shown. They dismissed it and quickly gave us a refund. Just a disgusting experience overall and the worst visit I’ve ever had at this location."
"We love Mod but some of the servers are way too nonchalant about customers. Had a line waiting - one person manning the oven, one slow person making pizzas, and one person just taking inventory of toppings and refilling them. While a line of customers waited. She couldn’t be bothered to help. In fact, she often got in the way of the guy who was actually making the pizzas."
"Always so nice and fast . Ordered ahead of time and pick up said 55 mins it would take on a busy Saturday. According to online I came 30 minutes later just to check and it was ready. Very nice"
