"Absolutely the best little Mexican Street Food trailer you'll find in Cypress, located at the corner of Spring Cypress Rd and Barker Cypress Rd in Cypress, TX. Fantastic, flavorful burritos y tacos y quesadillas, all cooked to order including tasty salsas, and very reasonably priced. I had the beef burrito and shared some flour tortilla beef street tacos w/ the Missus, while PawPaw tapped into some corn tortilla beef street tacos. We all shared the quesadillas, while the Missus had some aguas frescas jamaica. Every single item was nicely packed, flavorful, flawless. Clean venue also, super important when dealing with food trucks. I feel ashamed for not having tried Hey Burrito sooner, but I'm glad I finally got around to checking them out today - I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on. Perfect for anyone looking for takeout either for lunch or dinner. There is a table available to eat onsite if you prefer. The vendor takes a few minutes to make your order fresh from scratch ingredients, so expect to wait a few minutes. Do yourself and your family right and hit Hey Burrito ASAP, you will be rewarded."
