"Judith at store location was extremely rude! When I asked for my order to be corrected she said “that’s how it come and I can’t do anything about it” When I asked for a refund she then said “give me the freaking ticket, and throw away the drink” Again, she is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has ZERO customer service skills!"

"I purchased 2 #1 hotdog combos which are clearly a beefdog with onions, relish and peppers. Why do they insist on giving out chili cheese dogs instead. I told them beef at the window and here I am getting this sloppy dog that I didn’t want. I was on my way from work and by the time I recognized it was wrong I was too far away and too much traffic away from going back. I attempted to call but they refused to pick up the phone."
"I hate this. I pull into a spot to order and it’s broken. I pull into another spot and I’m waiting forever. I think what’s going on? I keep waiting because I have to have something to drink for where I’m going and sonic has all natural lemonade. I wait longer. I should have left and gone to a gas station. Then I pull into the drive through and wait forever again. It was literally the longest wait I have ever had for 2 drinks. 30+ minutes. I would never stop here again."
