"I went yesterday for an inspection to Pearland location and waited behind 1 car ahead of me for 20 min. Then after passing inspection and sitting in line at the tax office for 1 1/2 hrs was turned away because the VIN was typed in incorrectly! I went to the league city location and explained my position and they made me wait 10-15 min for the 4 cars that were there first even though I had already waited at the other location and tax office! After 3 hrs of waiting they reinspected my truck and had to go back and wait 30 min at tax office! Almost a 4 hour ordeal. I will not ever return to any of these Take 5 stores!"

"I usually don't have the best luck with these kinds of places, but Take 5 was great. Great service and in and out in about 25 minutes for an oil change and inspection. The two guys working the morning of Dec 30 are great at their jobs. Highly recommend."
"Well I tried to use this place and I was hopeful but in the end disappointed. They advertised a certain price for an oil change and hide the “shop fee” down at the bottom in small print. When I asked the manager about it he said said oh yeah they like to hide it down there at the bottom. I had asked the service rep about it before my card was charged and she went ahead and changed it anyways. They also like to keep their service items out in the open to the elements (see photos). Oil filters stacked up and oil cans without lids."
