"This is my second visit to this Valvoline. As someone who has been in the Automotive Industry since 1988, I am very impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, and service given by the staff. After a very, very bad experience with Walmart (which resulted in severe damage to one of our cars) I was very nervous about using any service other than a dealership (or my office) for my brand new car, but my daughter has been using them since she bought her car and has been urging me to try them ever since. The procedure they use is far superior than those at most other places...the tools they use for removal of the oil pan are much better and safer as well. Less chance for over tightening or cross threading of the bolts...which happened with our Mercury at one Walmart... and more knowledgeable technicians when it came to reinstallation of the oil caps, unlike our recent experience at a different Walmart. Just be sure to get there as soon as they open...or wait till the weather is kind of icky. Otherwise, wait times will be long; which says more about the quality of service than any review. Anyone willing to sit in their car and wait for an oil change instead of leaving it at a dealership or store...that tells you a lot about a service station."

"Went for the first time for an oil change and waited about 20 in line. Finally someone came up to me to ask what i needed. I told them just an oil change and that all. Well after anothe 20 min in line i finally get pulled up, i asked i needed 0-20w with Dexos in it and they say yes yes yes , when i asked to the oil going in they said oh we are done already. Fast forward 3 a couple of months, now i take my truck for an oil change to a shop and the oil filter is stuck tightened to never be loose again. Shop had to cut it open and unscrew the top plate, recommend me to go back and show the place the parts. Never will i return to this place."
