"Today, I had an experience that makes you feel like there is still hope. I pulled up to one of the bay doors where I was greeted by a young man named Richard. He was very courteous and informative, He explained to me all my service options, then I selected a full synthetic oil change. I took a seat in the waiting area, Richard returned to explain to me the condition of several items on my truck and asked if I wanted any of these items tended to. Once all the services were complete he thanked me and complimented me on my truck. As a business owner, I appreciate this kind of dedication by an employee. What a great experience!!! Thank you Sir!! "I was charged 49.99 just to top off my coolant. My husband was furious as I had no idea that it was just opening a cap and pouring some coolant in which is something that he would have done easily. The young man just mentioned that he topped off the coolant as it was a little low but did not mention it was a 50.00 top off. My husband says a whole bottle of coolant isn’t more than $15.00. Very disappointing and unreasonable charge!"
