I was impressed by the professionalism and genuine honesty at the shop. My 2013 Acura MDX needed a replacement of spoiler. Eric took the time to help me find a low-price option of the OEM part, which saved me several hundred dollars. His transparency and honesty are amazing. The turnaround time for the repairs was quick. Kathy also went above and beyond and gave me a ride to pick up the car. After the job was completed, Eric went through with me what he did in the repair work. Very thorough! "Hands down by far the most professional, informative, customer-focused, and honest body shop I’ve ever came across! Eric and his team did a phenomenal job repairing my Lexus IS 200t after someone backed into me in a parking lot. I needed minor repair and paint done on my rear quarter panel, but as of now thanks to Eric my car looks spankin’ brand new! "I had an amazing experience working with Kathy and Eric! At every step of the process they went above and beyond to explain in layman's terms what needed to be done to repair the damage to my Lexus NX350 and why, and they walked me through how to best navigate the claim with my insurance company. They also looked for ways to offset what I had to pay for the deductible, which I greatly appreciated! The repair was done quickly and my care looks as good as new, maybe better because they gave the entire car a thorough detailing. They're located in Pearland but if you're not, it would be worth the drive to have your body work done here!"
