"I've been her quite a few times and I find myself coming back because I find them reliable. Same young man is there who i think may be the owner, making improvements which is always good. There's a female working with the staff which is always refreshing to see in a most times male dominated industry! She is very personable and has given the business a cleaner softer touch. I only emphasize this because I remember a few years back coming for inspection and I used the restroom and it was so filthy I remember be soooooo disgusted. I mean next level, grease, dirty floor, and toilet. BUT, neoooooww clean and decorated! Love it. I feel even more comfy coming back! Thanks lady and gents! The service was quick and easy per the usual!"

"Update after Kwik Kar response: seems like your strategy to address negative responses is to deny it or claiming it was another location. People reading, search the other 1 star and see them do it over and over again. There is a history of doing this My fiance was happy with the service till she came home and I told her they don't fail people for air filters. I asked her several times to verify her story and she very much said you all told her inspection failed because of air filter. To be fair, could be a rogue employee. In that case, own up to it and make it right. No we aren't bring the vehicle back. Just refund us the money. Original Review: They told my fiance that she failed inspection because the air filter needed to be replaced. She didn't have time to come back to retest so she agreed. Then they replaced her wiper blades without being asked. I called and demanded they refund the money over the phone for scamming her. They said she needed to come back with the car for the refund. They need the parts back. We refused. Why would we let them work on the car again after they scammed her. They could retaliate by damaging the car. BE AWARE! Make sure you see the report actually say fail, not just their word that it failed for XYZ reason and needs ABC part replaced."
