"My brakes were making a grinding noise so I brought it in for an inspection. They informed me that I needed new rotors and pads all the way around. I told them that, that couldn’t be true cause I replaced all rotors and pads 5 months prior, but they assured me that they were all bad and need to be replaced. I ended up hiring a mobile mechanic and he informed me that all my brakes were good and that the pads weren’t even at half their life. He also said that he could tell that they never took off the back wheel to actually inspect the brakes. The problem was simply that I was missing a caliper bracket bolt, causing it to shift and grind. Would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars more if I didn’t get it double checked."

I called Galaxy and they ordered the parts and repaired everything within a few days. They were very professional and pricing was very reasonable. "Very friendly and helpful staff, brought my car for a suspension issue and the front desk was straightforward, helped me in understanding what was going on with my car and gave me multiple options with different solutions instead of picking the highest price. They explained the pros and cons of each choice which I loved. Lively lobby, they even provide complementary water and coffee!"
