"I wish I could give Chad at Third Coast Bimmers 10 stars. Chad is a great tech and owner. He is in constant contact with the customers to be updated on their vehicle. Chad goes above and beyond what you can imagine to not only fix any German cars but customer service is a 10. I was in the car business for 24 years. If the dealer I worked for had treated their customers like Chad does, I may have stayed working there. If your BMW or anyother German vehicle is out of warranty and you constantly get up charged by dealerships, you are wasting your money. Call Chad and you will be pleased. I will never take my BMWs anywhere else."

They worked me into their schedule early because they heard my brakes were squeaking, which made me feel like they truly cared about my safety and continued to be flexible while I worked out my drop off details. Not only was their quote below what I expected, they informed me of some things that I could fix and did not pressure me to fix them. Finally, my car was detailed when I picked it up! Did not expect that and it made my day! Or week! In addition, he told me I had a good little car, which I think I absolutely do. Recommend this place completely. Brakes are great too."
