"This Nasa Location was very aggravating to me...Grant it..I have bern to this Mineke Store 2 times before with no complaints. My Chevy HHR had a brake, brake fluid and Traction light on.. I called and spoke to a manager name Matt..It had been a while since I had been to this store and I asked for directions: Me: How do you get to your store Matt: Just put it on your GPS in your car Me: I don't have GPS in my 2009 vehicle Matt: Well put directions in your phone Me: Could you just give me directions? Matt relunctantly gave me directions and I told him that I would be there in 30 minutes.. When I got to the location..The one thing that Matt forgot to tell me is that Construction was repaving Nasa Rd 1 in front of his store..( There was a 2 foot drop of mud pit with 2 massive Trucks going back and forth to level the ground before pouring cement). I was not going to drive between the Massive vehicles and get stuck in my small SUV. I went to Firestone instead . Matt's management skills need to be worked on when it comes to dealing with customers"

"Colten was very helpful and knowledgeable. I notice the my car was very bouncy on the road. I saw a Midas on the side of the road and stopped in. They said my back shocks were bad and that my front struts were not holding any pressure. They gave me an Almost $4000, yes four thousand dollar estimate. Well I took my car back to a mechanic that did my front strutts like 2 years ago. He said they were fine. I decided to get a 3rd opinion. So I called up meineke and got ahold of Colten. I explained my story and he told me a quick way to check if they were bad, which they are not. That friendly and helpful attitude is what I'm looking for in a mechanic service place. I will be bringing my car there for a tune up and alignment in the next week just because I feel they are trustworthy. Thanks again Colten."
