"Terrible car wash. I paid to have the inside of my truck wiped down inside and vacuumed.. truck was half @$$ vacuumed and not even wiped down! I went back to ask for a refund and the workers act like they don’t speak English. This car wash is incompetent of cleaning a vehicle correctly."

"The customer service is the only thing good about this place, and from there things fall apart quickly. I wanted to wait to write this until I could get the full fleet of our company truck run through because the first 2 $160 interior cleanings were terrible. After taking the remaining 4 each @ $160 I can tell you they do not try or care. The trucks all came back with dirt, and all sorts of nasty that we had to clean ourselves and to make it a bit more aggravating these folks expect a tip. Exterior wash is okay, but next time I'll save the over $1000 we spent and do it myself. Don't waste your time or money, the wait is always crazy long and your vehicle won't be cleaned well. I posted some pictures of what a"clean" vehicle looks like after they are done. Looks terrible."

"Trash. Been taking my vehicles here for years. Every time the quality gets worse. I let it slide previously. Got vehicle back with smeared windows and mirrors, dust on the dash, coffee on the cup holders and floors still dirty. Steering wheel isn't even touched, debris all over the bed... Was told the package i purchased didn't cover it... so basically I paid 60 bucks to drive my truck through a car wash. Offered me a discount on my next wash. BS!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."
