"Every single time I come here, the wait is egregious. I came today to change out one tire. Mind you, they have a new policy that says you have to set an appointment which means you can no longer drive up for service. We had an appointment set for 3:00 p.m. and we pulled up about 2:45 p.m. fully expecting to have to wait. We decided we would shop around take our time. The tech said it would take about an hour and a half and we said okay that's fine. It is now almost 2 hours later and the car hasn't even been pulled into the bay or checked in. There have been zero updates in the app and no communication about how long it's going to take. What is the purpose of setting an appointment if they don't even honor your time but you need to honor their schedule. Then when you call them and complain they really don't care. You can look through the window and see several of them just conversating and moving like turtles. And to top it off you get to sit in the waiting area listening to their woke commercials. Over Walmart and their terrible service"

"This location helped and informed me on the mechanics of my car. Other facilities in the nearby area didn’t care to hear me in regards to the damages done by other negligent oil change facilities in Mansfield. This Walmart location took the the time and gave me recommendations on my car and actually cared for my safety and my car. Shout out to Corey and Robert!"

"Awesome service. A mechanic by the name of Jackson was so nice to me and helpful with my low tire pressure issue. I appreciate his kindness although he and another mechanic were backed up on work; he took the time to meet with me in a timely manner with a pleasant attitude."

"Got a full synthetic oil change. It still lists they are checking all the fluids, washing the window and vacuuming the inside. I told them my vehicle takes 5.5 quarts not 6 they still put in 6. Most of my fluids they put "declined" instead of checking them. Same with the vacuum. I did not decline those services. Then to top it all off they forgot to put my dipstick back in properly and got oil all over my vehicle! The employees do not care about your vehicle do not service your vehicle here!"
