"Needed a flat tire repaired (nail removed). Came in during their busiest time of the day. Out within an hour. They were fast, and also were clean & took great care of my car. Nice work!"

"Based on their high reviews and location, I decided to give them a try. Car was squeaking and was recommended change of brakes along with other regular maintenance services. The quote seemed high but I needed the vehicle and was told that the work would be done by close of business; so I brought it in. Out of curiosity, I contacted the local Mercedes dealership and got a quote from them. I was shocked to find out that driver’s edge charged more for the brakes service. I didn’t get my car back until the next day, only to find out that they replaced the wrong brakes! The car is still squeaking. I would not recommend drivers edge. They are more expensive than dealerships, service completed later than expected, and did not fix my brakes issue. They also sent me a survey in which I voiced my experience and was told that a “district manager” would contact me. It’s been a month and I’ve not heard anything."

"They took my car in right away and made suggestions for needed repairs based on their observations. After further review, they determined some of the suggested repairs were not actually needed. They did the repairs quickly and their honesty and thoroughness saved me money. I appreciate their professionalism and great service! Thanks, Cliff!"

"I meant to write this a month ago. My check engine light came on and they took care of it in a timely manner. Everything they said they’d do they did it and the price was very economical. I’ll be going back to this place in the future for my car care. Lastly, I totally forgot the woman’s name who helped me at the front desk but she was EXCELLENT. If I owned a business she’d be who I hire to represent my company. She was very patient, expert in the company’s ins-and-out and how to communicate that to customers, and very friendly. If I was her boss, I’d meet with her, hand her a blank piece of paper and have her write down a number to make her happy in order to keep her in my company. Thanks."
