"Had a great experience here today. Walked in, at 10am, was greeted promptly, offered water and gourmet coffee. Was told I’d be out before 11a. Relaxed and watched some TV and had a nice conversation in the waiting room.. Before I knew it, it was about 10:45a and my name was called. $25 inspection. Will never go anywhere else."

"We came to pick up our vehicle Saturday thinking they close at 6pm, but they closed at 5pm. We were silly to have not checked their hours of operation. A service advisor, Jacob Perdue, needs a raise! He was so generous to still go back after leaving the building after hours and gave us our truck keys to take home. Great customer service! Definitely recommend their service here! It's affordable than a car dealership!"

"I came into caliber today to get my inspection done & was informed i had a couple of things that were going to cause my car to fail the inspection. Daniel the general manager was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He helped me and assisted me with all my questions & took such good care of me. He was so sweet from the time i walked in until the time i left. at the end of my visit everything i needed to pass was taken care of and i was extremely satisfied with my experience and the services provided."

"*****Please Read******* This is a 2 different star ratings Jacob, my point of contact was great. Brittany (i think that was her name), Zack and 1 other associate were very attentive to my concerns. They knew i was on a time crunch and did their best to get the answers to the questions i had. The mechanical setbacks experienced were not in their control but they did their best to resolve the issues both times my vehicle visited. 1 star goes to Dustin. Just because the original service writer is off, doesnt mean he can just skip over a vehicle. He said at 8am he would have an answer by noon so, i called at 2pm. Dustin said he didnt have time to deal with it and since Jacob was off, i would have to wait until Jacob comes back to get my vehicle diagnosed. After speaking to someone else, they said they would get to it by the end of the day. At 5:30pm, the tech was driving the car to confirm the issues i had experienced. Sadly, it was too late in the day to have a claim submitted. Dustin's inability to help his co-workers caused a set back that caused unnecessary stress to others involved."

"Since I retired, I haven’t driven much. Then one morning, my CRV dashboard showed I needed to change the oil. For the age of the vehicle, I needed full synthetic oil. Caliber had the highest rating for oil changes which were near me. I moved from Arlington to Mansfield in September. The Caliber I visited in Arlington was new. The one in Mansfield is busier and older. It’s as tidy and comfortable as the new one. The customer waiting area has good coffee. There is a handy charging station for your phone or tablet. Make sure you carry an adapter to make the USB connection fit. If you have young children with you, there is a play area near the waiting area. If you have a dog with you, there is a dog walking area outside. The oil change was only about 15 minutes. The mechanic presented a list of recommended items to check. I declined a windshield wiper blade replacement. Overall, a convenient and comfortable experience. No wonder Caliber has high ratings."
