"They ordered and received the tires I requested in a day. Made an appointment, but it was not quick. Tech mounted my tires on another customer's rims, then had to take them off and remount on my rims. I was there for 2 and a half hours. One rim had some grease on the inside from a CV axle leaking. When they cleaned it up to balance, the outside of the rim was full of dirt and grease. They never cleaned it off. Went to a car wash immediately after to clean the rims."

"Stay Away. Find a good local mechanic is all I can say. I stopped in for a battery check when my car started losing power. Battery was bad, and they wanted to charge $225 for a new battery. My previous battery was still under warranty through O'Reillys, so I had my wife pick me up and get the replacement from O'Reillys for free. Pep Boys also wanted to charge $1200 to install a new alternator. I called other mechanic shops and 3 places quoted me less than $600. They also wanted to charge me $45 just to remove my battery, which I declined. While I waited 4 hours at Pep Boys for everyone that came into the shop after me, was coming in for refunds, replacements, and defects. Yeah, I'm not going to let these guys touch my car. Seriously....I can't stress this enough, find you a local mechanic."
