"The honesty and integrity of the team. They did not have to inform me that my repair was likely covered by a 8yr 80K mile warranty, but explained the likelihood that it was and advised me to seek repair at a certified GM dealer. Saved me about $1300. I will be using them again in the future I'm sure."

"I've waited about a month since my car repair to write a review. I wanted to make sure I didn't write an unfair review out of emotion. First, the repair on my vehicle was well done. There was a sensor under the gear shift that went out. It was causing the car to show that it was in gear. Because of this, the car wouldn't start. Also, because of this, all of the lights on the dashboard would stay on, draining the battery. My first clue that I had any issue was getting in the car one morning after driving it the night before and everything was dead. I removed the battery and took it to Auto Zone. They told me it was a bad battery, so I purchased a new one. I put it on, and that's when I saw every light on my dashboard giving me warnings, and it was then that I knew it was more than the battery. The car still wouldn't start. I unhooked the battery cables from the battery so that the new battery wouldn't be drained as well I called Christian Brothers in Mansfield. I spoke to a female who was helpful in the process, and I had the car towed to them. I had a conversation with a male worker and he was cordial enough, taking all of my pertuant information, including what has happened with the car up to this point. So here's where it starts. I get a call back from someone named Jonathan questioning everything I've told them. Asking what kind of work I had done on the car. I told them no one had ever worked on the car. He tells me that isn't the case because the battery cables were off and there was a code reader in the seat. (The code reader was in the seat because it was in the glove compartment when I was looking for my warranty papers). I had told them that the car had to be dragged up onto a tow truck because it wouldn't start and wouldn't roll. He then questions that telling me, "Well, it's rolling now. It's in neutral." I proceeded to tell him to call the wrecker driver that they work with if he needs verification of my story. I'll say it again. The repair was completed properly. I've had no issues with it since getting it back. The issue is how Jonathan is treating your customers. I can tell you that I'm not totally oblivious to automobile repairs and maintenance. I'm 54 years old, and have done many repairs myself throughout my life. I still change my own brakes when the need it. If Jonathan is willing to talk to me the way he did, I can only imagine how he may be talking to others who are less knowledgeable about the workings of their vehicle. Jonathan should never be in a customer-facing service role. He is hurting your business. The reason for me writing this review is that potential customers deserve to have this information before paying $160 to have their vehicle towed here. The owner of this repair shop also deserves to know he is losing customers. I currently have a check engine light on in my car. I'm going to take it for repair. I can guarantee you that I will not be taking it to this repair shop, as I would hate to have to deal with Jonathan again."

"Were not able to fix vibration in steering at higher speeds. Also the low tire pressure light never turned off after 700 plus miles on trip which they were asked to fix. They did a nice job on my brakes at least."

"I’ve been using Christian Brothers for the last couple of years since moving to Texas. They have great customer service, especially Jonathan. He gave me play by play when my transmission went and I needed assistance with my warranty. I do recommend using Christian Brothers. You will not be disappointed."

"Well Definitely disappointed with the team today they gave my 84 four-year-old mom a difficult time. She called ahead just for an oil change. They said come on down , made her wait 2 1/2 hours. Told her things she needed on her car done which she did not. Asked for a receipt, they did not give her one. Nice way to treat people. I will keep making reviews on how bad this place is. Im not happy."
