"Last experience here wasn't that great. Now I have to find me another place to get oil change. I got my oil change as regular, then they talked me into changing out brake fluid saying mine was bad. Now my brakes are squealing when I come to a stop mind you break pads are still pretty new also. And I have a burning smell coming from under the hood. Lifted it up and saw trace of wasted oil around the motor. Miss the old crew they had."

"I have been here before and they have been nice, fast, and courteous. However, this time the employees and service manager tried to sale me things i didn't need plus kept me waiting over an hour for an oil change. Were rude cuz I didn't buy the additional services and items I didn't need. I'm retired and live on a fixed income. I had took my car there in the past for an oil change cuz I had used them several times before and they never tired to sale me things I didn't need and got me in and out with 10 to 20 minutes. Im guessing the staff has changed and now they are taking advantage of customers and charging for things not needed just to get more money. It's a shame that I can't trust your company any longer and will have to find somewhere to get NY car serviced."

"I would give them 0 star if possible! They were So disorganized, staff standing around, going out for a smoke etc. while cars were lined up for service. they let people just leave the car in line, take the keys and then run around looking for the keys - ridiculous! I waited 1 1/2 hours for an oil change then as I get up to the bay, I realize the truck in front of me is getting a brake job!! WTH? when I asked about the wait the manager was like "people wait 2 hours, we never know what we are going to do to the vehicle until it is in the bay" - REALLY? People pull into get an oil change and then they decide, lets do a brake job?? NOT!! She was so condescending, treated me like a child, which I am not! I used to LOVE this place, the manager was nice and they were always speedy - wont EVER go back!!"
