"I had my tahoe taken here thinking Kevin was still there, knowing he would tell me what I needed to know and be fair with pricing. It wasn't until after I received the text updates with the list of problems along with the pricing, that I felt a little suspect. I asked if Kevin was there and Lois said no, he's working closer to home. That's when I came to the reviews and saw where the original owner had passed and the name is no longer B&M Auto Specialists but Good Ahop Automotive. The pricing was a bit unexpected and the estimates I got for the other work is more than I imagined. I typically trusted B&M but I'm not so sure about these guys. There's one major problem I know I had with the tahoe but this new mechanic says it's something else that needs repairing which is over 3k and then they can assess for the other. I'm not going to move forward with all of the other work with them. I'll pay the $600 plus to get my back window up that fell and to check for other possible repairs but I won't use them for anything else."

"Do not let the 5 Star ratings fool you. I was not aware that the previous owner passed away and this facility is under new management. I have used this facility for years and will never again. I took my car in to get the rear brakes and right caliper replaced. They quoted me over $3000. They said the rear ABS motors needed to be replaced along with a lot of additional work they said needed to be done. I asked them to only fix the items I requested and they said that if I did not get all of the work done, they would not complete any of it. I had my car towed and repaired by another facility and they did a fabulous job and my bill was less than $800 and that included towing."

"Refused to fix my truck because it was "too old" and had trash inside. Lois, the receptionist (and wife of the owner) was very rude. Veteran here, these people said "it didn't matter". I doubt the military discount is still in effect. It's sad the previous owners were no longer able to hang onto it (RIP Brian)"

"After being a customer here for years, I am sad to say I will never bring B&M any more business. I highly advise you to do the same. After the owner passed away, a new shop foreman has been hired who is incredibly unprofessional, including being quite rude. Not only did he refuse to accept my vehicle on tow, deeming it unworthy of spending any more money on, he was very rude to my wife and myself on the phone. He never offered any alternatives or suggestions. Just refused to help in any way. B&M used to do good work, and always at a fair price. But they have always taken extraordinarily long to fix vehicles. Often I would have to wait weeks between updates. But I knew I could trust them. Sadly that is no longer the case."
