"I had high expectations based on the reviews. I talked with Mike and agreed to bring my truck to him and drop it off the following morning. I bought all of the parts he would need. I took time off of work and had my wife follow me to Mike's place to drop everything off. I get there and nobody answered the door on the shop or the mobile home next to it. I called Mike but got no answer. I sent him a text and got no answer, which was surprising because this is how we had done most of our communicating. I sat around for about 10 minutes and left. I NEVER heard back from him. He completely ghosted me. I withdrew cash to pay for the job. I didn't hear back later that day or the next day...nothing. I don't know what happened but I know that Mike blew me off."
"Truck did not start, I had no clue as to why. Placed a call into Mike's and was given an estimate and expected time of arrival. He arrived early and found that squirrels had eaten into the harness. He made the repair and had me rolling!! Great service and very fair pricing!!! will use him again when the need arises!!"

He took the time to listen to my situation and assured me that help was on the way. He made time that day to come to my house, checked my truck and instantly knew the problem and he was able to fix it within an hour! He also didn’t charge me an arm and leg! I’m very satisfied and will call on him from now on with any issues with any of our vehicles."
