"If I could give this place a zero for customer service, I would. Hibbett sports on 161, Grand Prairie, you have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in today and no one came over to ask if I need anything, not even to greet me. Two guys walked in behind me, and same thing. NO ONE spoke to them or came to ask for help. What is going on here? Do you guys have that much business that you can ignore customers???? When I walked in, there were three people working, a Hispanic lady with tattoos, who looked like the manager, and two other guys, one was working behind the counter, too busy to speak I guess, and the other guy, was just dancing to the ratchet music they had playing in the store. TERRIBLE customer service, and judging by the fact that no one from Hibbett has responded to any of the reviews, I'm guessing they DO NOT care, with that said. Save your time and bypass this particular location, if you value good customer service, because this seems to be a trend at this location, if the manager was in the store at the time this happened, that tells me customer service is NOT being taught. I will take my money else where."

"The store looks very unique, so many items to choose from, each of them being quite high end, top of the brand piece. With that said the prices were quite high, but I guess it's normal if you only have certain types of sport shoes, clothes or bags. The guys seemed very helpful, although we were the only customers in there on a Thursday afternoon."
