"Bought a sweater jacket from them. Noticed it had a mildew stain on it when we got to the room that night. Brought the item back to the store the next day and were told "they could not exchange it with a stain because Noone else would buy it". Seriously, we did not put the mildew stain on it and so how is that fair to us!! Very poor customer service!! Would give negative stars if I could!"
