"The lady that helped me must've been new. She tried her best and was very helpful on the first pair of sandals i ordered but I believe she got confused on my requests for the sneakers i ordered. I was sent an email stating they were ready and to get there and be told they don't have them in that size. I chose to size up as per the recommendations of the lady that was helping me. I did and she canceled my online order for the shoes and then told me they would refund my money for that pair of shoes. Which is not what I wanted. I didn't complain in store and tried to be patient. She then told me that I had to purchase the recommended size off of my card. I just wanted to size up from the shoes they didnt have. I believe the lady that was helping me was just confused and overwhelmed. I appreciate her effort but didn't even get the shoes that I specifically went up there for. Too bad."
