"Really like how this location has Flaming Chicken. I can get a family pack with sides for a good price to bring home. It's not the best HEB for the healthier or premium products I'm used to at HEB, so I wouldn't come here for a big trip, just a fill-in, to check clearance and get flaming chicken."
"So disappointed in this HEB! Restroom DISGUSTING, there were poop panties in the first stall? The next stall had a broken lock. They have glass doors and every door needed to be wiped down. SO NASTY. I mentioned it to a worker that was stocking near the bathroom entrance and he just laughed and said he would relay the message but the state it was in there is no way it shouldn’t have been noticed and rectified sooner! Seafood selection was horrible? Crab legs were on sale $7 all missing the claw and they were discolored and had spots all over them. This is the only HEB where I didn’t see any employees in the sushi section it was not fresh just made and left unattended. Several aisles smelled like Pee. I understand the trials the store may have in the inner city (poorer) area that it is in but these neighborhoods deserve the same luxuries as the next! Cleanliness in a grocery store should not be subjective ! Especially not a huge chain such as HEB ! The one thing I can say is the premade/ fresh cooked food section looked delicious? Do to the conditions of the store itself I didn’t feel comfortable eating handled food but I would love to see this in other stores !"
"You all have made a lot of improvements. New managers actually care. Please fix buddy buck machine for the children. Second time little has landed on a big amount and not received the sticker. Makes for a sad exit."
