"I took in a couple of vacuums, a Shark (2020) and a Merck (2009), to ask if they were worth fixing. I was fortunate enough to speak with Thaddeus. After telling me that it would be more affordable to buy a new Shark, rather than get it serviced, he proceeded to the next vacuum. He quickly determined that the plastic base plate needed replacing. As luck would have it, he had one in the back. In addition to installing it, he replaced the bag, cleaned up the parts and even schooled me on wool rug vacuuming. This is the type of service that is rare in this day in age. Thaddeus was competent, knowledgeable, generous and not pushy, whatsoever. I would highly recommend this spot for anything vacuum-related. I only wish he sold cars ;o-)!"

"I brought this in a vacuum to David's vacuum that was probably 25+ years old. Hunter was able to determine and fix the problem on the spot. That was great!! But then Hunter offered the cleaning service to me. I got back a brand new VINTAGE vacuum that really works well. I don't have the before picture BUT Hunter did such an exceptional job it was hardly recognizable. I thought it was stolen from the Smithsonian!! plus Hunter provided excellent customer service. Very happy with my VINTAGE Vacuum!! Thanks Hunter"
