"Went to get my brake pads and rotors done and noticed a strange sound coming from the front drivers side. Long story short, I had to pay another mechanic to fix it because the brake caliper was scraping my wheel and the other mechanic said it was a horrible job and there were parts missing and/or installed wrong."

"As a business owner I’m not one to jump at writing negative reviews because I know how they can impact business. For any potential customer that sees this KNOW that I tried to resolve this in person and I was pushed to do this. Customer service is horrible, attitudes are horrible. I visited this establishment to get my tire patched. While there, I was informed that the tire tread was bad and that I needed a new one… not a problem. I purchased a used one. As I drove, I saw that my sensor was not recognizing my air pressure. I drove for a full day and it never registered. I go back to the shop to let them look at it and they gave the run around. So I go to another shop and they’re able to do the repair, however, I had to buy new tires because the used one that the ship provided had a patch already in it. As the new tire is being installed, they inform me that there is no tire sensor installed…. My sensor was there when I took it to Tire Choice initially. I go back to tire choice to give them a chance to make it right and what I was met with was disrespect, attitude and refusal to accept responsibility for their actions. Do yourself a favor and do not bring this place your business."
