"A good store with good parts selection and efficient counter service. Physically had the necessary parts (2) but the inventory system said they did not. Almost got sent to another store for no reason. Fortunately, the actual physical check found parts. Charged a refundable core charge (refunded) despite swapping batteries right in their parking lot with their tools. (Maybe policy, but still annoying) This was after "free installation" was unavailable because "the guy" who does that was not there. Don't advertise it if you're not going to do it. For more mechanically inclined people, this is probably a great store. For those who are a bit lost under the hood, you may be disappointed."
