"First time for me coming to this store ever to buy boots for myself. I can say that after searching for boots for about 40 mins, I was so frustrated because I needed help and no one ever came to the area to ask if I needed help. Fortunately, there was another customer there who actually showed me what I was needing to know about the boots. I did find a pair of boots that I liked and when I finally made my way up to the counter, the service there was so very slow and the 2nd cashier was just walking back and forth, and eventually asked for the next customer which was me. I can say this will be my last time going in to this store. Very upsetting and frustrating with how this store was running."
"Very bad customer service purchased a hat realized it was stained when I got home and also had scratches on top so I went to try to exchange it for a new one and a few employees circled around talking about customer and tried to just clean the hat instead of giving me a new one. As we walked out of store employees were still circled around talking about the customer."
"Thankfully I ordered online. Workers don’t want to be there. They’re in a little circle with friends (people not in a name tag) or just in the corner hiding. I couldn’t get help when I walked in. Eventually I found someone to help me, girl seemed like she needed some help but no one was around. She ultimately told me to just go, I guess they had to check my bag out but yeah. No one was even checking on customers. I’ll definitely shop elsewhere."

"Been to other Boot Barns for other western wear before and been interested to own a pair of western boots for a while but good ones can be expensive. But today finally found the ones that I liked here that are comfortable and with a good price. Staffers were friendly and helpful. Boot selection was pretty good and I like that boots are organized clearly by style and size. Good place to go for western wear."
