"The manger not sure what his name was, but he was African American and had a pony tail. He was completing a refund for my sister and completely made the cashier & her uncomfortable. He was making rude remarks behind her back imply she was dirty. This experience was really upsetting and we will now have to think twice about visiting again. I am not sure if the manager was having a bad day, but he needs to be retrained on customer service."
