"I purchased an iPhone 11, that was a present it to be a new. Two days later, I found out that the phone is used didn’t give me a charger or any accessories with the phone. The screen wasn’t working half of it . The phone keeps on getting hot, and a message for the battery saying that the battery is not authentic. We’re back a week later in the Owner was in there two days later after that they moved. I don’t recommend anybody buying from them or even servicing their screens because all the parts are Chinese and they would lie to you and tell you it’s an Apple product"
"Do not bring your items here for repair. Very unprofessional and have the wrong business sense about things. I took a tablet of mine for a screen replacement, keep in mind the tablet in less than 6 months old. They never call me to let me know that it’s fixed. I go there and next I find out that it won’t turn on. When I call for an update, a counter person says that Chris went to grab a battery for it because mine is no good. Without even calling me for an approval. There was nothing wrong with my battery prior to this. I bought it new from Best Buy. Low class, go somewhere else for your repairs. Update: Chris reached out to me and concluded that the battery was damaged while screen installation. He’s replacing the battery at no charge and I’ll pay for the new screen. Honesty goes a long way with me. I appreciate the move and will consider taking my other tablet to him."
"Good customer service. I had a broken screen on my pixel 2 phone. The rep ordered a new one right away and installed it as soon as it came. I even got a lender phone to use while mine was being fixed. The phone works perfectly now. Good as new."
