"Sell cheap keys that break within a few months of buying. I politely asked if they could work with me on the cost of a new fob since I just bought the one that broke a few months ago and was basically told it was my fault for breaking the key but starting my car with it. My car doesn’t take any abnormal strength to start. Not even a year later now and the key fob won’t work at all even with a new battery in it. People that work here are jerks and the products they sell are trash."
"In usual fashion my memory is terrible. I meant to leave this the day they came. Chris, and his team whose names I wrote down internally and I still misplaced them, are the best! I needed same day. They truly didn’t have a spot. I sounded so desperate, apparently they made the time! They also were doing a charity for a friend whose business was burned down via his work truck. These are great people! Thank you for all your help! Look no further than here! They’ll take great care of you and genuinely enjoy helping you."
"Jake was amazing! Very friendly, polite and showed up when he said he would. My son’s car wouldn’t start because the anti-theft was locked due to having a bad fob. He cut and programmed a new key/fob at our home and my son’s car started right up! He also programmed my husband’s fob we bought over a year ago but didn’t know how to program. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended!"

I had broken my key fob for my car, leaving my car useless and he was so understanding of my situation. Without him, I don’t know what I would have done!! "Arrival by this locksmith was unusually prompt — within 15 minutes of my initial call. Really amazing. I needed 5 locks on three doors rekeyed. I have no idea what other locksmiths charge, but I assume that the fee was reasonable. Given the ultra-fast response, I would definitely call this locksmith for service again if needed. Many thanks!"
