"Woman with short blonde hair who I believe was a manager had SUCH an attitude. I have no idea what was going on, but I was treated like I stole something that I needed a simple exchange for as a gift. Bizarre. When I finally got the receipt, she looked at another employee and said "take care of it." Don't know what's up with that, but for Williams Sonoma that's a very rare experience."

"My husband and I swung by Williams-Sonoma to look for a new cast iron skillet and the sales associate, Betty, was SO helpful and kind to us. She was so great with helping us find the one we needed, and we ended up getting two haha. We even chatted about coffee and she served us an espresso drink and told us about different espresso machines. Truly a great experience and Betty was the best. Love this store!"
