He called ahead to let me know he was 15-20 minutes out and on arrival, listened to all of my concerns before proceeding with his assessment. After assessing the situation, he provided me with a quote on the cost and made sure to answer all of my questions. He completed the job in less than an hour (replacing old outdoor floodlight with a new floodlight/camera) and afterwards, provided instruction on programming and operating the camera.
