Callahan's Appliance

"The tech that was sent out damaged my washing machine as he didn’t know how to replace the needed piece. A second tech had to come out to complete the job but the machine was already damaged and he did the best he could. I talked with the office, the 2nd tech talked with their manager and I’ve attempted to email to get an update on the damages with no response. This was under warranty work and doesn’t seem like anyone cares to talk about it as they have already been paid and we are stuck with a damages $1200 washer."

"My experience with Callahan’s was horrible! First off, somehow my appointment was canceled by either the warranty agent or Callahan’s (not sure about that). Then when the appointment was “fixed”, the gentleman came out and told my brother in law that he “wasn’t there to fix the washer”. He was right about that! I was rushing home from work just to find the gentleman with no tools in hand. He came in the house for 10-15 minutes and then sat outside of my house in his car for another 30-45 minutes (my guess is so he can clock his time). If I could put zero stars I would, but it won’t let me post this so I have to put one. This was a disaster and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone."

"This year, at different times, our washer and dryer both quit on us. Our washer went out first and the insurance repair company gave us a choice of three repair companies we could use. We chose the first company on the list. Boy, that was the wrong decision. The repairman they sent out was very unfriendly and actually did not seem to have a clue what was wrong with our washer. He left in a huff and said he would be back, but gave us no time frame. I called our insurance company and was told to call one of the other two repair companies on our list. So I called Callahan's Repair Service. They sent out a very nice repairman, by the name of "Matthew".. He was the complete opposite of our first repairman. He was very friendly and he was very knowledgeable. Matthew found the problem in 15 minutes. Then went back to his shop and ordered the necessary part. In about four days he was back and repaired our washer. He even found that Whirlpool had not connected the barrel correctly and corrected that problem for us too. When our dryer went out, we knew who to call. We called Callahan's Appliance Repair and Matthew came back. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. In three days he came back and our dryer was fixed as good as new. We definitely and highly recommend Callahan's Appliance Repair."

They took their time to find out why my refrigerator freezer was frosting over but were very quick to what out the problem. Cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend them both. They for sure got my business."
