"If I were you I’d refrain from using this location 1st. I accidentally ordered just a dresser because the pictures are a bit misleading …but that was on me I called and cancelled that order after TRYING MULTIPLE DAYS AND RECEIVING NO ANSWER, then I ordered the bed set I was looking for …..after ordering I waited a couple days and saw that it was delivered and it said to call to schedule my delivery so I did so, the woman on the other end was so sweet but did seem a bit confused and kept asking the gentlemen in the back questions on if I could schedule or if someone else would be scheduling me (something about a 3rd party delivering the bed) eventually she told me that I could schedule for Friday I told her “anytime after 1 worked “ she said I can do between 3-7 I said ok 3 is great for me …Friday rolls around and I get home from work at 1:30 and there’s a sign on my door stating they came by so I call and the man on the other end continues to KEEP telling me that HE spoke to me and we scheduled for morning when I in fact spoke to a woman and no I scheduled for afternoon he also told me she WOULD not have gave a specific time just morning or evening …she did say 3-7 but no I did not schedule for morning so here I am after taking a whole bed apart with no bed …so I have cancelled my lease I don’t trust it anymore and hate that I didn’t read the reviews."

"One star if I could they don’t deliver when they say the will. They never have drivers to deliver and they cancel your lease without you knowing. I sai, I was going to cancel. ME not them and its because I’ve been waitin 4 days .that doesn’t mean go and cancle it terrible 0/10 wouldn’t Recommend."

"I’ve dealt with this location for a bit now. I had 3 items with them that included a living room set, mattress, and TV. I always dealt with Sammy in particular and received great customer service with him. Anything and everything was taken care of by him. In December we added a new item and that’s when we first met an African American lady who’s name starts with a V, The fake niceness we definitely believed. Thursday on 2/1/24- we called to update the account in my name with a new debit card. The living room set and mattress was for my mom so she paid it on the first with her card. The TV was my husbands and I and we paid it in ezpay with our card. That’s how it has been with no problems. Apparently it was a problem this month. She was rude, hateful, trying to charge us out of the normal we pay. Argued to pay the TV on the first when the account says “EZpay scheduled for the 2nd”. She was probably trying to double charge us. Then when that was FINALLY clarified, she didn’t let me say the card. She wanted to speak to my mom and said “well I am ready for the card when SHE is ready”. Oh she heavily emphasized on SHE. After giving the card info instead of giving us a chance to say thank you or bye, she just hangs up. Because of her, we refused to deal with her or location. We went to rent a center who gave us a better deal and apparently had several customers talk about the experience with this location. People are returning their items because of her rudeness. When we finalized the agreement we called Aaron’s to come pick up their items, we no longer wish to do business with them. Today 2- 3-24 we rented a U-Haul and loaded the items and took it to them. Eric and Edgar was so nice and helpful. But her again… I guess her friends or family whoever she had hanging out at the store… the girl heard me tell me husband as we were walking out and she was walking back in, that I told one of the guys that helped us the reason we were returning the items and what her name was. Immediately she came outside running her mouth. “Oh I don’t care, they can say what they want” blah blah blah. She proceeded to walk to the car parked infront of the U-Haul sitting in the driver seat and was running her mouth to him. She was talking loud enough where you can hear her being disrespectful and highly unprofessional in the parking lot. I ignored it and called my mom to let her know she’s out here in the parking lot running her mouth. My mom called the store and spoke with one of the 2 guys and told him what is happening and all he could do is say she’s unprofessional and constantly apologize and said he will definitely let the manager know. I called customer service to file a complaint on her. They agreed that she shouldn’t of been rude, argumentative, and highly unprofessional. It’s even disgusting that an employee will talk about customers with other employees and customers or whoever the people were. I have to wait 1-3 business days for the regional manager to view it and get back with me. Luckily my Bronco had a dash cam and I can prove her in the parking lot running her mouth. They literally lost business just because of a highly unprofessional employee."

"I don't know who the new guy is that's working there but he's super rude and doesn't need to work with customers. I inquired about a dryer and he just kept ignoring me. I had to ask the same question 3 times before he replied smugly. I have been doing business with Aaron's for years and always pay off everything I lease from them. However I will NOT return to Aaron's! And I'm not paying $2000 for a $700 dryer! Those finance charges are ridiculous too. I'll give my loyalty and good credit to Sam's Appliances in Haltom City where they treat you like family."

"I've been a Aarons customer for many years now and I continue to do my purchases with them. Sammy the manager there is super awesome compared to other managers. He has helped us with our needs and makes sure it's what we wanted. Go see Sammy he'll take care of you. Thank You Sammy for all you do!! A grateful customer."
